Easy Returns
We want you to be delighted with any jewelry you purchase from our online jewelry store. We have a risk-free easy return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from us, you may return it for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. EXCEPTIONS: Damaged items, items not in saleable condition, special orders, custom jobs, monograms and engraved items.
Merchandise returned after 21 days, but within 30 days, may receive a store credit for the full amount.
*Deposits on layaways may be refunded by cash, check or credit card within 2 weeks - by cash, check or credit card, provided no work involving costs have been started on them.
*Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for purchase. Refunds on cash or check purchases may be paid by company check. Cash or check refunds for returned items over $500 may take up to 2 weeks to process as check purchases must clear our bank before a refund will be issued.
To account for Holiday gift-giving, the return period is extended to 45 days for any jewelry purchased from November 15–December 15.
Special orders or customized jewelry (other than changing ring size less than 2 sizes) often may not be returned or may be returned for store credit only on a case by case basis.
To qualify for refund, jewelry must be shipped back to us via insured mail in the original packaging, in the same condition it was in when purchased.
