Free Shipping on
Orders Over $150:

The Gem Collection offers Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental US. We are currently not shipping outside of the continental US, other than to Alaska and Hawaii.

All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be automatically charged $35 for UPS 2nd Day Air.

Orders under $150 will be charged $8 for ground shipping and handling.

Second Day Air is available upon request; the usual fee on this is $20.

We use UPS or USPS and occasionally FED-EX as our domestic carriers. Everything we ship is completely insured, and a signature will be required upon delivery for most purchases and for all purchases over $300.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical shipping address.

We do our best to ship every in-stock order within 72 hours of purchase. Ground Delivery is estimated at 3-7 business days from ship date. Out of stock items will take an additional time to process. One of our customer service agents will alert you and keep you updated if this is the case.

Easy Returns:

We want you to be delighted with any jewelry you purchase from our online jewelry store. We have a risk-free easy return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from us, you may return it for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. 

To account for Holiday gift-giving, the return period is extended to 45 days for any jewelry purchased from November 15 – December 15.

Special orders or customized jewelry (other than changing ring size less than 2 sizes) often may not be returned or may be returned for store credit only on a case by case basis. 

To qualify for refund, jewelry must be shipped back to us via insured mail in the original packaging, in the same condition it was in when purchased. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If you wish to return an item, please call our customer service line for shipping instructions at 877-727-3595.
